Job Description

LRS Consulting Services is seeking an onsite Technology Services Coordinator for a Contract opportunity in Warrenton, Missouri. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

Our client is looking for an Onsite Technology Services Contractor to provide technology support for a major project and its partners. This role assists with onboarding, documentation, maintenance, and standardization of project technology, and works under the direction of the Technology Services Manager while coordinating with other technology support team members. You'll support on-site partners including clients, architects, construction managers, craft employees, and subcontractors working out of the project trailers.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new on-site partners and third-party contractors, including workstation and hardware setup and training on document management systems (SharePoint, Procore), printing services, Wi-Fi, and conference room technology
  • Provide desk-side, telephone, and remote computer support, and document all solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Monitor the support queue and troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level IT personnel as needed
  • Serve as a Level 2 escalation resource for the IT Customer Support team, handling complex break/fix issues and taking ownership of tickets from other team members
  • Maintain on-site technology and conference room equipment, keep site technology documentation current, and track trending support issues to raise with the Technology Services Manager

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years of help desk or other technical IT support experience
  • Experience with computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues and following support requests through to completion
  • Experience documenting technical issues and solutions accurately
  • Experience providing excellent customer service, with strong verbal and written communication skills (Active Directory and Exchange experience)

The base range for this contract position is $25.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
