Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking an Application Analyst I - ERP (Workday Finance) who enjoys solving complex business challenges, improving enterprise processes, and supporting critical financial systems. This contract role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business stakeholders to maintain, enhance, and optimize Workday Finance and related ERP solutions while driving operational efficiency across the organization. 

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing administration of Workday Finance and related ERP applications.
• Gather business requirements and implement system and configuration changes to support evolving organizational needs.
• Maintain foundational data structures, business processes, security configurations, and reporting solutions within Workday.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to documentation and change management procedures.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy system enhancements and configuration updates.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and decision-making.
• Configure and administer system security in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
• Support Workday release management activities, including testing, validation, and deployment of new functionality.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, leadership, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Support system integrations and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies related to ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Participate in ERP governance activities, including steering committee discussions, prioritization efforts, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday Financial Management applications and related ERP solutions.
• Working knowledge of Workday Supply Chain functionality.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules, including:
  • Financial Accounting
  • Payroll
  • Projects
  • Project Billing
  • Accounts Payable
  • Expense
  • Procurement
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Inventory
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • EDI Integrations
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security administration, data management, and reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and release activities.
• Experience creating custom reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Understanding of ERP integrations and data flow concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders.
• Experience working in a ticketing or service management environment.

The base range for this contract position is $29.00 -$45.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined by experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
