Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a IT Sales Technology Portfolio Manager to support the planning, coordination, and visibility of Sales Technology initiatives for contract position. This role helps align work across business and IT teams with broader enterprise priorities and the IT PMO framework.

Working closely with Sales Technology leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders, this position contributes to roadmap planning, portfolio coordination, and delivery transparency across multiple initiatives.

This is an individual contributor role without direct reports, focused on collaboration and coordination across teams, vendors, and partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT PMO and Sales Technology teams to support intake, prioritization, governance, and work pipeline processes
  • Facilitate demand management, roadmap development, and capacity planning activities
  • Align Sales Technology initiatives with broader IT priorities, resource availability, and dependencies
  • Coordinate activities across platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, and related technologies
  • Maintain visibility into project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress
  • Support the coordination of multiple concurrent initiatives, enhancements, and operational efforts
  • Encourage shared accountability across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Identify, track, and communicate risks, constraints, and dependencies
  • Coordinate enhancements, releases, and process improvement efforts within Sales Technology
  • Support prioritization of business needs, enhancement requests, and operational activities
  • Assist with release planning, testing coordination, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications or technical IT projects
  • Familiarity with CRM, Salesforce, or customer-facing technology solutions is helpful
  • Understanding of project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Wrike, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, stay organized, and follow through on commitments
The base range for this contract position is $65.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
