Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Intel Architect for a Contract opportunity. Our client is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support complex data and reporting efforts. This role partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver accurate, compliant reports. The position plays a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support business and program needs.

This is 100% remote position, but the applicant must live in Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze standard and ad hoc reports
  • Gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders
  • Write and optimize queries using tools such as SQL or SAS
  • Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Translate business and policy requirements into technical solutions
  • Support compliance with applicable regulations and standards
  • Create documentation, including data flows, requirements, and user guides
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Provide status updates and support small to medium-sized projects

Qualifications

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analysis
  • Proficiency with data tools and relational databases (e.g., SQL, SAS, Oracle, MS SQL)
  • Ability to gather, document, and validate requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
  • Familiarity with data concepts such as data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling

The base range for this contract position is $60.00-$70.00/hour per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
