Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking an OnBase Administrator/Developer for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

Seeking an experienced OnBase professional to support, maintain, and enhance an established OnBase environment. This role focuses on user support, workflow development, solution design, and continuous improvement using Hyland’s low‑to‑no‑code tools.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and tickets

  • Analyze recurring problems and recommend long‑term fixes

  • Translate business needs into effective OnBase configurations

  • Build and enhance WorkView, Workflow, and Document Composition solutions

  • Improve user experience through thoughtful design

  • Maintain documentation and follow standard development practices

Required / Strongly Desired

  • OnBase WorkView Developer or WorkView Administrator certification (within last 4 years)

  • Hands‑on experience with WorkView, Workflow, and integrated solutions

  • Strong communication, analysis, and documentation skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot existing solutions with minimal documentation

  • Experience working directly with business users

Preferred

  • Government project experience

  • CompTIA or ITIL certifications

  • Windows Server, Jira, Agile/Waterfall familiarity

  • Records retention knowledge

The base range for this contract position is $60-70 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
