Job Description
Codeworks, an LRS company, is partnering with a valued client to hire a talented QA Analyst for a Contract role. This position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact while contributing your expertise to meaningful, results-driven work.
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Analyst to review, analyze, and support automated changes to business processes to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Review and analyze automated changes to business processes to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate with Business Process Analysts, Business Process Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to determine desired results of process changes.
- Create and maintain automated test plans and test cases, considering scope, risk, and technical complexity.
- Identify potential risks to project outcomes and communicate findings clearly; contribute ideas for risk mitigation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using existing automation frameworks.
- Recommend and evaluate technologies that support effective and sustainable automated testing.
- Maintain and update automation scripts for Appian, LiquidOffice BPMS, and other vendor platforms as needed.
- Develop comprehensive test plans aligned with user story acceptance criteria.
- Execute automated and manual test cases and identify unexpected system behaviors.
- Schedule and manage recurring automated tests to monitor process and release quality.
- Analyze test results, investigate root causes, and document findings.
- Share test results and issues with project teams and stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner.
- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of testing environments.
- Support teams as projects move through development, user acceptance, and production environments.
- Stay informed on quality assurance automation standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with quality assurance colleagues across Information Technology and participate in the QA Community of Practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in quality assurance that support organizational goals.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional project teams to support high‑quality project outcomes.
