Job Description

LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Procurement Administrative Coordinator - PC & Hardware for a contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of New Hire\Replacement PC Builds for multiple Regions
  • Asset management and procurement for IT hardware
  • Documentation and maintaining project logs
  • IT Store Management - maintaining hardware standards and device types reflect accurately
  • Hardware Management and Processes
  • Invoice Processing for PC and hardware procurement
  • Coordinate events, travel, dinner reservations, etc.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, executive assistant, or similar support role; experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred
  • Experience with PC tracking and/or deployments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, invoice handling, and written communications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote a plus.
  • Comfortable working with basic financial and HR documentation (invoices, notices, program forms) and following defined processes
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

The base range for this contract position is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
