Job Description
Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking an Operations Resource Strategist for a contract opportunity. This role gives you the chance to put your analytical talents to work supporting meaningful, efficiency‑driven initiatives for one of our client partners.
This role focuses on optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic planning efforts. The position requires strong analytical abilities, effective problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resource plans that support operational goals and organizational priorities.
- Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support effective resource management practices.
- Monitor, track, and report on operational performance metrics.
- Assist in creating and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure resource strategies align with broader business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and resource‑planning technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with strategic planning and operational efficiency initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations, resource management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with resource‑management software or industry‑specific tools.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
