Job Description
Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking Senior Content Strategist for a contract opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for someone who wants to bring strong content strategy and analytics skills to a mission‑driven organization.
Our client is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to join their Thought Leadership and Content Marketing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to create and optimize content that supports our brand and helps audiences make informed financial decisions.
- Support content strategy across articles, videos, webinars, and podcasts
- Produce weekly and quarterly performance reports
- Help implement measurement best practices'
- Use data and research to evaluate content impact and share insights
- Write clear, audience‑focused content
- Manage workflow and compliance reviews using tools like Workfront and Jira
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and style guidelines
- 5+ years in content strategy, content creation, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills (AP style knowledge helpful)
- Interest in personal finance or economic trends
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO principles
- Comfort working with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively
- Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, or insurance) is a plus
