Job Description
Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Visual Designer for a part-time opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.
This role supports design needs for the marketing creative team across a variety of work streams, including marketing campaigns, product marketing, websites, social media, and more.
As a Visual Designer, you will create engaging, effective visual solutions that align with our brand and marketing strategy across digital and print platforms. You will translate complex ideas into clear, accessible designs that communicate key messages while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
You will work collaboratively with art directors, copywriters, project managers, product managers, and other team members to develop creative concepts and deliver high‑quality assets for campaigns, websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and additional materials.
This position requires strong visual and conceptual skills, keen attention to detail, and effective organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma is essential.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of professional design experience, a strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and cross‑channel design, technical proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
The base range for this contract position is $50.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
