Key Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.

Our client is seeking a Service Operations Technician to provide on‑site Level 1 and Level 2 technical support. This role supports hardware, software, mobile devices, network connectivity, printers, and point‑of‑sale systems. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, hands‑on technical abilities, and the flexibility to work in varied indoor/outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (wired/wireless)
- Support network printers and POS equipment (credit card machines, receipt printers, cash drawers)
- Maintain device compliance and perform imaging/updates
- Provide in‑person or remote end‑user training and technical assistance
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation through the ticketing system
- Support AV equipment and assist with special event setups
- Perform other duties as assigned
Candidates should have 1+ years of IT support or customer service experience, basic knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft tools, and familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and imaging software such as SCCM. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently in varied environments are essential. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
