Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Help Desk for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.
The base range for this contract position is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors

Our client tis looking for an experienced Service Desk / IT Support Technician to provide high‑quality technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with desktop platform maintenance. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and hands‑on technical experience resolving a wide range of support requests.
In this role, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues involving computer hardware, software, peripherals, and password‑related requests. Along with providing phone and customer-facing support, you will perform installation, maintenance, imaging, and troubleshooting of desktop systems and operating environments.
- Service Desk & IT/Desktop Support 2+ Years
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and software issues 2+
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., Cherwell)
- Experience writing technical or user documentation
- Ability to image and deploy PCs 2+ years
