LRS Consulting Services is seeking Analysts/Product Owners for a role with our client based in St. Louis.

Our client is preparing for an upcoming merger and is seeking Analysts/Product Owners to assist with integration activities across systems, processes and agent experience. This role will define and align agent journeys such as platforms, tools and workflow convergence. Analysts will work on highly visible, impactful initiatives tied directly to merger integration, partnering closely with senior business and IT leaders.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder meetings & working sessions
  • Current-State Analysis and Documentation
  • Future-State Requirements Definition
  • Gap Analysis, Risk Identification & Dependency Tracking

Requirements:

  • Must have a min of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA / Product Owner
  • Strong elicitation, gap assessment, process modeling, and requirement/use-case writing skills
  • Experience with Cross-Functional Translation (Business to IT)
  • Previous experience working for a telecommunication company in the desktop tool team highly preferred 
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

The base range for this contract position is $50.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.”
