Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (Mid or Senior level) to support strategic initiatives for a client-facing digital portal within Private Wealth Management. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams.
You will engage with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, support solution evaluations, and contribute to enhancements that improve the digital client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
- Create process documentation, use cases, and user stories.
- Partner with developers, architects, and product owners to align on technical direction.
- Evaluate solution options based on business needs and impacts.
- Support QA and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate project milestones and support small project initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to write clear requirements, use cases, and user stories.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving ability.
The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors
