Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with our client in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-moving team for a 4-6 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to hit the ground running with minimal guidance, as they will be working closely with C-suite executives and need to manage and drive the gathering and documentation of business requirements effectively. A background in regulatory/compliance, coupled with proficiency in tools such as Tableau and JIRA, will be highly beneficial. This position demands sharp analytical skills, independence, and confidence in navigating high-level business discussions. The role is primarily remote, though candidates should be open to traveling to Raleigh, NC for periodic meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from C-suite executives with minimal supervision.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure requirements are thoroughly understood and clearly articulated.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate findings to key decision-makers.
• Utilize Tableau to analyze data and produce meaningful insights for the business.
• Use JIRA for task tracking, prioritization, and managing project timelines.
• Take ownership of regulatory/compliance-related aspects of the project, ensuring all requirements are met and documented.
• Navigate complex business needs and translate them into actionable, detailed requirements and solutions.
• Proactively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidence, and effectiveness in interactions with senior leadership.
• Provide recommendations and insights based on findings to optimize business processes.
• Ensure clear communication with both business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a strong record of accomplishment of delivering successful projects with minimal guidance.
• Experience interfacing with C-suite executives and driving high-level business conversations.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Regulatory/compliance background is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and insights.
• Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking and management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel to Raleigh, NC (1-2 days per quarter).

Hourly rate between $20 - $125 per hour

Colorado Pay Range:
20.00 - 125.00/per Hour
