Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our team and lead efforts in enhancing our complaints management processes. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to capture and design processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Capture and Design: Lead initiatives to capture and design processes related to complaints management, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Foster cross-departmental collaboration to identify and implement areas for improvement in the complaints management lifecycle.
- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of current processes, documenting escalation paths, resolution procedures, and system capture requirements to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Documentation: Create detailed process documentation and visual representations using tools such as MS Visio and PowerPoint, facilitating understanding and communication of processes.
- Financial Services Expertise: Apply your understanding of complaint management processes within the financial services industry to enhance operational efficiency and customer service outcomes.
- Business Process Design: Utilize your expertise in business process design to implement effective solutions that mitigate risks and improve overall process performance.
- Control and Risk Management (Nice to Have): Assist in the design of controls related to operational risks, contributing to comprehensive risk management strategies.
- Procedure Writing (Nice to Have): Translate processes into clear and actionable procedures, ensuring accessibility and understanding for relevant stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis, design, and improvement, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of complaints management processes and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in process design and presentation tools (e.g., MS Visio, PowerPoint).
- Experience in business process design and financial risk management.
- Knowledge of control design, operational risks, and risk management practices is a plus.
- Experience in procedure writing, with the ability to clearly translate complex processes into understandable documents.

Colorado Pay Range:
20.00 - 125.00/per Hour
