Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Systems Analyst with a solid understanding of programming languages and strong analytical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business processes, troubleshooting software, and collaborating with developers to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and client requirements, documenting and working with developers to fulfill these requirements.
- Debug and test application programs to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Prepare test plans and effort estimates for new requirements.
- Analyze and resolve bugs in existing systems.
- Submit requested status reports regularly.
- Over 3+ years of IT experience in analysis, design, debugging, and testing of various applications.
- Strong knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis through maintenance.
- Good structured analytical skills with a focus on debugging techniques, unit testing, and application program testing.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and understanding databases, database relations, DSPF's, PRTF's, and IFS.
- Ability to work on enhancement, maintenance, and production support projects.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following programming languages: RPG/400, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, AS/400 Query, SQL, FTP, QSH, C, C++, Java, XML, JCL (proficiency not required, but understanding is essential). Programming experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the SDLC process.
- Experience in software troubleshooting.
- Skills in testing and debugging.
- Familiarity with IBM Mainframe Tools, including SDF, IMS/System, Network Management Console, and Hardware Management Console.
- Understanding of operating systems: OS/400, Unix, Windows Family.
- Experience in system design and implementation.
- Skills in code optimization and documentation.
- Understanding of client-server architecture.

Colorado Pay Range:
20 - 125/per Hour
