LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer for a contract, hybrid onsite opportunity with our financial client in the Rosemont, IL area!

Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy and manage endpoint infrastructure for Windows 10 devices using SCCM
- Facilitate a POC rollout of Microsoft Intune
- Configure, deploy and maintain Windows, some Mac, and VDI clients, including building and maintaining operating system images, resolving issues, and monitoring performance.
- Mitigate vulnerability risks on endpoints, including managing patches and anti-virus/anti-malware software
- Provide escalated end user Tier 2/3 support
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards on all endpoints
- Manage and maintain software and hardware inventories for all endpoints
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint management
- Stay up-to-date with emerging endpoint technologies and tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- 4+ years of experience in endpoint management with expertise in SCCM & PowerShell scripting highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating system and endpoint security best practices
- Strong expertise in Active Directory
- Experience providing escalated end-user support, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCP are a plus.
