Our client is seeking a Python Developer who is passionate about solving problems with code and data. The ideal candidate would be able to build Python based web apps from scratch. This new team member will be someone that is very comfortable working independently with stakeholders to create applications and scripts. The candidate would also be capable of analyzing data to identify trends and answer ad hoc questions. Visualization experience would be a nice to have. Experience with Linux or AWS experience would be highly desirable.

 

Qualifications:

-2+ years in Python development

-Expertise in SQL

-Experience with the following Python libraries: FastAPI, Flask, or Django

-Experience with Pandas

-Experience working with structured and unstructured data

-Experience with JavaScript preferred

-Experience with Linux is a plus

-Experience with AWS is a plus

-Application development using R frameworks such as Shiny experience is a plus

-Fluency using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Informatica, Spotfire, and PowerBI is a plus

-Corp to corp candidates will not be considered

-Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

-Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
