Maintain and administer Connect Direct on AIX / RHEL product
Perform change management (CM) role on the components and implement change requests based on CM processes
Perform break/fix activities following incident management process
Maintain, Install, Upgrade, Renew Certificates, and Patch Connect Direct product throughout the lifecycle of the product
Ability to manage own projects including communications to customers as well as work as part of a larger operational team
-Must have experience with IBM Connect Direct
-Must have experience with AIX and Linux
-Candidate must be fully vaccinated prior to starting the role per the contract with the government
-Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
-Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
-Candidate must have an Active Public Trust Clearance, or be able to obtain one
