The candidate requirements are: Must have 6+ years of experience with the following: - Experience with SDLC’s (Agile experience is preferred) - Project management experience - Risk Management, as it relates to managing Maintenance, Support and Application Development projects/resources - MS Project - Creating project deliverables using the project management software - Managing Budget - Managing requirements, as it relates to project/resource deliverables - Documentation and Implementation, as it relates to managing Maintenance and Support - Team leadership (placing employee’s on projects) both consultants and internal - Establishing and following a timeline Must have 3+ years of experience with the following: - Managing a Guidewire Policy Center Project Implementation - Managing multiple maintenance and development projects simultaneously - Managing/directing internal developers and vendor development teams - Coordinating and setting meetings, timelines, communications and project expectations - Developing project plans - Leading large IT Project Implementations such as SAP, Guidewire, etc... - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal) - Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer LRS is an equal opportunity employer.
