The Helpdesk Technician will: Enjoy troubleshooting, software installation, and customer service work on a day to day basis. Requirements: Candidate must have 3+ years of experience with the following: Telephone call center customer service Software and Hardware remote troubleshooting in a Windows environment (PC anywhere or PC assist preferred, but optional) Utilizing a helpdesk ticketing software (Symantec service desk preferred, but optional) Software installation Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal) Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer Corp to corp candidates will not be considered Visit us online at LRS is an equal opportunity employer.
