the right person. LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Cisco Voice Analyst for a
contract opportunity with a client of ours in Charlotte, NC!

The Cisco Voice Analyst will assist a team of engineers on a voice migration
project, and new phone builds across the country

Responsibilities:

Migrate phones from legacy platforms to new CUCM platforms (National)
Create matching DIDs, Call handlers, Unity and Auto attendant style
functions
Create CER and E911 functions – ensure option 150s are updated and subnets
are identified for proper DNS updates
Project and knowledge transfer documentation
Phone, site & routing pattern builds
Coordination with on-site resources for hands on support & gather site
information
Device information discovery
Keep user impact to a minimum
Provide first day of support (remote)

Requirements:

At least 6 months of planning, design, and implementation experience with
VoIP systems in a large enterprise environment.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Experience with Cisco Unity Connection (CUCN)
Experience with Avaya
Experience building new phones
