Join our dynamic team! Our IT Staffing division is on the lookout for a Technical Recruiter to spearhead our recruitment efforts. From spotting business opportunities to sourcing top talent, you'll drive our success. As a direct hire recruiter, you'll hunt down, interview, and match skilled tech professionals to our clients' needs, building lasting relationships along the way. This role can be based out of our offices in St. Louis, Dallas, Kansas City, Springfield, or Nashville and offers a competitive base salary plus commission and the flexibility of a hybrid work model. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and candidate requirements. Keep a steady stream of potential candidates flowing. Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various tech positions. Manage candidate testing, tracking, and reference checks. Guide candidates through salary negotiations and offer processes. Maintain and organize candidate data in our applicant database. LRS Consulting Services seeks an experienced Solution Sales Account Executive to focus on Nearshore solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven salesperson to shape their success amidst our aggressive growth plans.This is a remote position within Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC territories. Account Executives serve as the primary face-to-face contact for key accounts in the greater metro area they are assigned to. These accounts could include both prospects and existing customers. Your goal will be to identify opportunities and secure the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts.Candidate Requirements:· Minimum of 3 years of solution sales experience to enterprise-level companies (specifically focused on technology/software sales will make you a stronger candidate)· Prior IT solution sales experience and knowledge· Experience identifying business needs and selling to C-Suite or Senior Leadership levels of organizations· Account consulting experience within the territory· Highly effective written and verbal communication skills· Must reside in either Denver, Colorado or Charlotte, North Carolina and be willing to travel to client sites in and around the area· Must have permanent authorization to work in the USA.
